Running
After a month and a half off I went running today. My back is still acting up. I’ll try this a couple more times this week and see if it still is bothersome. What the heck it can’t be any worse than the chiropractor who I haven’t made any progress with over the last month and a half.

BACK FROM THE FRANCHISE SHOW
Not that great a crowd. Was it the weather or is it the economy? Whatever it was it meant that a longer than usual look by me at a booth sent the keepers all over me. They were hungry for new leads.Of course it worked both ways. Interesting to see if mine pan out to anything. Maybe I should have gone to the 1/4 final hoop game at St. Mike’s. Oh well, I’ll go tomorrow to the semi...
